Julie Caredda

Paris

M03

The Julie Caredda Gallery was born from the desire to support and create a dialogue between contemporary artists from the French and international scenes, both in the physical and digital worlds. Established in September 2022, the gallery initially evolved as a traveling entity in the artistic districts of the 6th arrondissement and the Marais, before settling at 4 rue Miromesnil in the 8th arrondissement. This space aims to move closer to western Paris and to be part of the dynamic Matignon - Saint Honoré district, a key artistic hub in Paris that brings together the Grand Palais, international galleries, and auction houses. The gallery stands out for its dual nature. Julie Caredda is well-versed in traditional arts, in which she has always been immersed, as well as in new media, an extension of her initial profession. She aims to create a link between different artistic poles. This approach involves no duality, no paradox, as the Julie Caredda Gallery seeks to connect universes. It highlights the points of contact between territories, transcending boundaries and encouraging overflows. In this dialogue, it presents renewed sensibilities, bringing together and unifying multiple artistic fields. The exhibitions reflect a grounding in the present, at the crossroads of our realities. And while a work of art is a multifaceted object, what matters most is the meaning given to creation, the intention that brings the work to life, whether virtually or physically.
